Show I LOCAL I HAPPENINGS n Walter Sparks, Adrian Anderson and Morris Larsen left Friday for their home at Ephraim. Mrs. D. M. Affleck, of Logan, is here visiting at the home of her son I and family. I C. T. Martin attended the Republican Republi-can County Committee meeting at Minersville Tuesday evening. J. S. Bolton, of Xada, was in Mil-ford Mil-ford on Saturday. L. Ek Chilton is working out of Salt Lake City. Chas. B. Davis, of Salt Lake City, is working out of Milford. Mrs. L. E. Chilton and children left for Calipatria, Calif., to visit at the home of relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Ferguson and Dan, of Beaver, were dinner guests at the C. T. Martin home Monday. Geo. C. Rogers, of Provo, is working work-ing on this board. Mrs. Selma Carlson left Saturday for Eureka, called there by the illness of her mother. Mrs. Bertha Turner was down from Frisco Monday shopping. Lloyd Skinner, of Beaver, is visiting visit-ing at the home of his aunt, Mrs. L. D. McFadden. Mr. and Mrs. Karl G. Link returned return-ed Monday evening from a few days' visit in Salt Lake City. J. P. Williams manager of the Safeway Store, accompanied by Mrs. Williams, spent Sunday with home folks in Cedar City. Mr. and Mrs. Orrin Williams and son Cecil spent Wednesday at Beaver. Walter Griffiths returned home Tuesday from Los Angeles, Calif. Melvin Mor,rell of Minersville is spending a few days in Milford on business. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Ashworth and children left Wednesday for Beaver for a brief stay. Mrs. B. P. Woulfinstein is visiting at the home of her daughter, Mrs. A. H. Connell. Painters and decorators are busily engaged going over the interior of the Milford Hotel. |
