Show CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN SUFFERS BROKEN LEG Ira L. Hyer, foreman at the Clyde Construction company road project on highway No. 91, 12 miles south of Beaver, stayed on the job two days with a broken leg. A. II. Cameron and J. V. Goulding of Panguitch, workmen at the camp, were injured Wednesday when two road trucks collided. Hyer, who was riding in one of the trucks, was thought to be uninjured except for a minor bruise on his right leg. The pain grew worse, and by Friday infection in-fection had set in. He came to Dr. E. S. McQuarrie at Beaver, who found the little bone in the leg broken. It was immediately put in a cast. Cameron was improved enough to return to the camp Friday. Goulding will be able to return in a few days. |
