DIES AT BRIGHAM CITY. C. W. Holtz, father of Mrs. George "Francis of this city, passed away at his home in Brigham City late last Friday, following a brief illness. Mrs. Francis, in answer to a message stating that her father was very ill, left for the north and was at the home when the end came. Mr. Holtz was about 75 years old and had resided in Utah for many years. Funeral services were held at Le-van Le-van last Monday, the body being interred in-terred at the family plot.
