Show Leal Notices. NOTICE OF SPECIAL ItOXI) ELECTION ELEC-TION SAN PETE COUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT NO. 1. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a special election has been called and will be held in San Pete County Drainage District No. 1, San Pete County, Utah, on the 27th day of December, De-cember, 1919, to vote upon the following fol-lowing question: "Shall the Board of Supervisors of San Pete County Drainage District No. 1, San Pete County, Utah, for the purpose pur-pose of raising money to install a drainage system within and tor the said Drainage District, be empowered empower-ed to issue, negotiate and sell the 'bonds of said District in the amount of not to exceed the principal sum of $115,000.00 composed of 115 bonds, numbered consecutively from 1 to 115 both inclusive, of the denomination denomina-tion of $1,000 each, running for a period of not less than five years nor more than forty years bearing interest inter-est at a rate not to exceed six (6) per cent per annum, payable semiannually, semi-annually, the money derived from the issuance and sale thereof to be used for the purpose of constructing drains, drainage canals and other required re-quired improvements necessary to drain lands within said district and to conserve the public health and welfare therein?" That said election will be held on Saturday, the 27th day of December. 1919, and the polling place for said' election will be at the L. D. S. Meeting Meet-ing House in the Town of Center-field, Center-field, in San Pete County, Utah, the same being convenient to said Drainage Drain-age District and to all the voters thereof. That the following named persons who are land owners within said Drainage District, be and they are hereby named as judges of election for said special election to-wit: Hans Olsen, E. H. Bardsley and Wilford Wintch. That the polls will remain open during the time from seven o'clock in the morning until seven o'clock in the evening of said day. That the total number of bonds to be issued and sold, if the bonds shall be approved by said electors, is not to exceed in amount $115,000.00 and said bonds shall be issued in denominations denomi-nations of $1,000.00 each, shall bear interest at a rate not to exceed six (6) per cent per annum, payable semi-annually on the first day of January and the first day of July in each year, said bonds to run for a period of not less than five nor more than forty years from the date of issuance is-suance thereof. That the money derived de-rived from the sale of said bonds, shall be used for the construction of drains, drainage canals and other required re-quired improvements deemed necessary neces-sary to drain lands in said Drainage District and to conserve the public health and welfare therein.
