Thoy aro contesting the will in tho California Cali-fornia courts. The now witness heard today to-day was Alfred Armand, a chef, who was in the hotel at the tlmo of the fatality. Armand told tho commissioner that ho saw Miss Dolbeer leavo a room oh tho ninth floor, go to a window, stop upon tho sill and disappear. Ilo thought at first that tho window opened upon a balcony bal-cony or roof garden. An Instant later he saw Miss Warron run scrcamlna to tho window and understood what had occurred. oc-curred.
