Premier Combes and his Cabinet havo weathered another storm, the vote In tho Chamber of Dop-utics Dop-utics yesterday evening having tho effect of making tho Ministry stronger than over. This assureB carrying out M. Combes's programme, of which tho principal prin-cipal feature Is tho separation of church and state. The overthrow of the programme has been tho real Issue, although tho opposition opposi-tion combined upon a number of minor questions whereon they were ablo to arouse popular sympathy.
