They promise, however, that now they know exactly what they have to contend against, that another season will find them prepared for any emergency. emer-gency. They say the only obstructions now are between Lnramie and Washakie, Washa-kie, along the divide, a distance of only 1 7J mih'S. They alo say there has been no suffering among the detained de-tained passengers, lbr cither fuel or food, and that there will not be, as they are supplied in abundance by the company. There are now seven west bound passenger trains detained near Reparation, which is twenty-nine miles "distant from the wc-tern boundaries of the blockade, and there aio two east bound pa-senger trains at Green lUver, waiting until the west bound trains shall pass the blockade. At various points along the road there arc about 8oi) west bound cars of freight, and about 200 cars of freight cast bound. |
