Show The Tkalns. The following was bulletined last night at the Descret telegraph tel-egraph office ; Ogden 15, 6-20 p.m. Have just received the following by U. I1, telegraph : There are seven trains at Creston, two trains at Cooper Lake and one at Cheyenne. There arc only five miles of road to clear at Creston, Cres-ton, and gangs of men are at work on each end of the blockade. The weather weath-er is clear and warm over the road between be-tween Laramie and Ogdcn, Tho Frieson plow returned to Salt Lake to-night by U. C. The blockade is permanently broken up and there will be no chance to try it again this season. Later. Creston, 7, p.m.. The passengers aro all here now. Work trains have gone west, and arc going to work up the hill to meet ihe Baxter aud Evarts outfit. They will meet on the hill to-night sometime, and the whole will go to Bitter Creek to-morrow forenoon. The passengers are in bettor spirits to-night. Operator. Fifteen hours is tho regular running time from Bitter Creek to Ogden. The road is reported clear all the way from there. A special telegram to the Herald, which appears elsewhere in this issue, announces that trains will reach Ogden Og-den by noon to-day. |
