Show OBITUARY u EstherTwigg relict of the late George Twigg was born in Fishguard Pembroke shire in 1301 and died in Salt Lake City July 11th 18S3 She embraced the Gospel in har native town being one of the first fruits of the same in the North Pembroke shire conference where she performed every ev-ery duty faith tully that devolved upon her as a Latterday Saint Subsequently she I with her husband moved to the South Pembroke Conference and settled in Sut I ton a branch oi the Church and here her keen sense of duty manifested itself her house being the home of the Eiders whenever when-ever they came that way Here she had the misfortune to bury her husband whose faithful services will ever be cherished by his colaborers In the Lords vineyard But she continued faithful and with one daugh ter emigrated to Utah in 1868 where she led an examplary life and went down like a shock of wheat ripe for the harvest Funeral Fu-neral services were held in the 7th Ward Meetinghouse whore those of her immediate immedi-ate acquaintances spoke of her faithfulness faithful-ness to the cause of God and her reliance in the hope of a glorious resurrection with the just She leaves 2 daughters 7 grandchildren grand-children 9 great grandchildren and a host of friends to mourn her loss |
