Gibby attains Eagle rank N , t Devon D. Gibby, 13-year-old son of Richard and Evelyn Gibby, received his Eagle Scout award Wednesday, Dec. 6, in a special Court of Honor with the Val Verda Eighth Ward Troop 240. Devon has served in several leadership positions posi-tions including den chief and patrol leader. He is an accomplished trumpet player and also loves to play soccer. He is a member of the 76 Cougar Club. For his Eagle project he organized organiz-ed and supervised the painting of ,' the no parking zone on the curb in front of South Davis Junior High rr School.' ; ' j. v,r.'' ;;..
