Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property prop-erty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, encum-brances, at the north front door of the Davis County Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Fannington, Utah, the 12th day of January, 1990, at 1:00 o'clock p.m., of said day: Situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, more particularly described as follows: Beginning 1531.2 feet South and 33.0 feet West to the West line of a street from the Northeast Nor-theast corner of Section 16, Township 4 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Syracuse, and running runn-ing thence South 99 feet along the West line of said street; thence West 132 feet; therice North 99 feet; thence East 132 feet to the point of beginning. Commonly known as 1998 South 2000 West, Syracuse, Utah 84075. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by ihese non-judicial trust deed foreclosure proceedings is dated June 10, 1977, and was executed by CARL E.
