Rick Houghton and Rick Howard helped Wallbangers come back from a loss to eventually win the championship in a tourney held in Pleasant Grove. The team will now go to Kingman, Arizona for the Nationals which will be held over the Labor Day weekend. To win the regionals, Wallbangers beat MasterCraft, a team from St. George, Petersons Air Force Base, from Colorado handed them a loss but, comingback up the loser's brackets, the local team beat The Angels from Salt Lake 14-Wils Family and then had to Petersons play again and beat them 13-The Wallbangers also had to beat the Pueblo Bandits twice to take the championship. Physical Recall: Body Movement for a Richer Adult Life are a man or woman between the ages of 45 and ?? and are interested in (105) discovering a more useful body and also find companionship within a group who have a similar interest in "Staying Alive," I am offering a Body Recall Program designed to encourage and offer If you 6, 6-- 4, incentives for movement development that can contribute to everyday living. The dictionary says to recall is - to call back, to remember, to restore and to revive. Body Recall is a refresher course in how to perform correctly the skills we are already familiar with. It is a review of movement we once used when we felt more vigorous. In the Body Recall Program, the mechanics of everyday activities are explored for their worth in contributing naturally to daily physical maintenance. Body Recall classes provide an 4. -- opportunity to learn how to take full ' charge of the physical equipment we have and bring it to full potential. All who had a body and want the maximum advantage of its function can participate in Body Recall. The simplicity of the exercises contributes to success but provides challenge. The exercise are not difficult, they are for everyone -the overweight, the diabetic, those recovering from illness operations, and injury, the heart patient and especially those who are sedentary. I feel there is no single effort that can help more to giving purposeful momentum to the people who will live beyond the employment years than to get them moving and help them continue to keep active physically. This hope for the adult is the force behind Body Recall.
