Show MONEY AND STOCKS. New York markets. New Yobk, November 17. 11 a. m. The market has been active and strong this morning, Western Union and Pacific Mail leading in the adyanoes made. At the opening, open-ing, prices were generally to per cent, higher, and after further dealings there was a slight reaction and then a strong market again. As a rule, however, the range of prices has been less than 1 per cent. At 11 o'clock the market is active but somewhat feverish, and quotations are generally a little lit-tle above the opening figures. New Yobk, November 17 Noon. Money is nominal at 3 per cent. During the past hour stocks have been less active, and for a time were heavy.
