Mitchener, whose ; Sostoffice address is Stockton, Tooele county, ( tah Territory, has made application for a United States Patent for the Boston No. 2 Lode mining claim, situate in Rush Valley Mining" Min-ing" District, Tooele county, Utah Territory, consisting of 810 linear feet of the lode, and surface sur-face ground 200 feet wide, being Lot No. 82, and i described in the field notes and plat of the official survey on file in this office, with magnetic mag-netic variation at 17 degrees east, as fol-low.s: fol-low.s: Commencing at coiner pot No. 1 of the Boston No. 2 claim, running N 17 degrees E 200 feet to post No. 2; thence N 73 degrees W 810 feet to Post No. 3; thence 8 17 degrees W 200 feet to Post No. 4; thence 3 73 degrees E 810 feet to Post No. 1 of the exterior boundary lines of the surface ground of this claim, con- j taining an area of 3.185 acres, after excluding , therefrom the areas in conflict with Lot 53, the j Quandary claim, 0.301 acres, and Lot 54, the Katherine claim, 0.233 acres. From Post No. 4 1 of the Boston No. 2 mining claim, U. S. M. M. ' No. 3 bears S 45 degrees 16 minutes W 1,435.6 feet distant. The said mining claim being of record y in the office of the Recorder of said mining district, dis-trict, at Stockton, in Tooele County.Utah. The nearest known locations being the Quandary, ! Katherine, Governor Murray and Silver Queen mining claims.
