witter system now owned and operated ed bv said city for tho the purpose of supplying eald said city and the tante tants thereof with water and have likewise authorized the city council to contract an indebtedness on behalf of the city and upon the credit thereof by issuing the negotiable coupon bonds of tho city in the amount of two thou sand dollare dollars 2000 00 for tho the pur eu plying eald said city with water gy by improving the wa water ter by getem stem now owned and operated by the city and whereas the ci city ty council of bald said city does now dee deem m ite to and necessary to proceed wit with Is the improvement of auch such water system for the purpose aforesaid and for auch such purpose to contract the necessary indebtedness on behalf of the city and upon the credit thereof by issuing the negotiable goti got able lable coupon bonds of the city in said amount of two thousand dollars now therefore be it ordained by the city council of the city of price utah section I 1 that the water estem system now owned and operated by th the city for the purpose of supplying th the city of price and the inhabitants thereof with water be extended and improved in accordance with the contracts plans and specifications adopted or to be adopted by the city council section 2 that for the purpose of providing funds for the improvement of the water system now owned and operated by the city of price the city shall issue its negotiable coupon bonds bond in the aggregate amount of two thousand dollars 2000 00 consisting of two 2 bonds in the denomination of one thousand dollare dollars 1 I 1 00 each payable in lawful money of tho united states and bearing interest from and after the first day of april A D 1913 at the rate of six per per annum payable semiannually on the first day of october and the first day of april in each year and evidenced by coupons attached to said bonds said bonds shall be numbered in regular and consecutive artier commencing with number ono 1 I 1 and shall be absolutely due and payable in the orar of their number on the first day of april A D 1933 with the re right and ani privilege however to redeem md bonds
