Getts gettysburg burg to invite the operation cooperation co of the congress con grees of the united St states fAtes and of other states and commonwealths denned the commissions duties and invites the congress of the united states and her sister states and corn com mon to accept this invitation from the commonwealth upon whose whoso soil tho tile battle of gettysburg was fought to share
