Show The 20th Century Club met at the home of Mrs. P. M. Nielson on Thursday last. Mrs. Geo. Madsen gave the fine lecture on St Petersburg Peters-burg and Mrs. Geo. Christensen pre senied a beautiful paper on "The True Thanksgiving Spirit." Delicious refreshments were served the 15 guests. Mrs. D. D. Tebbs and Mrs. Robison were voted in as active members of the club. Mrs. Geo. Christensen entertained the 20th Century club at her home last Friday evening, at an old time social. Members of the club and their partners were invited. The evening was spent in a manner befitting be-fitting the occasion. Every thing was served at luncheon in an old-fashioned old-fashioned way and games were played play-ed accordingly. As the ladies were dressed for the part which they took it made everything interesting and amusing. Mrs. Ellen Wilson! entertained at an elaborate Thanksgiving dinner at her home on Thursday. After dinner music, cards and a general gojd time was had. Those present were: Mrs. A. H. Maiben and sons, Maurice and John, of Provo, Sidney Gee. of Salt Lake, and Misses Ruby Nielsen, Leslie Stewart and Afcon Wilson and J. C. Richaidson. |
