Accepts Good Position. I Judge Ferdinand Ericksen was re-j cently tendered and has accepted the position of assistant General Counsel Coun-sel for the Utah Fuel Company, with offices at Salt Lake City. He has not yet decided just how soon he and his family will take up their residence in the State Capital, though it is understood that his duties will require re-quire his presence there the greater part of the time. In the move which Mr. Ericksen is taking Mt. Pleasant is losing one of her leadine citizens. He has been a resident of this city from early childhood and has always been found taking a leading part in all the public pub-lic affairs of the city and common-j common-j wealth. He is a man of many years experience in the practice of the law and the people in this dry and county will greatly miss his services. While we deplore his moving away, we wish Mr. Ericksan success in his wider field of operation in Salt Lake City.
