The Eagle M Inlng company is the name of a new company Just organized with their office In Richmond and Incorporated with 200,000 shares at 50 cents per share, or $100,000. Sixty thousand of the shares will be put on the market for developing purposes, the balance of 140,000 shares is paid -up. The company, which is composed of J. W. Funk president, Ell Webb, vice-president, vice-president, S. W. Hendrloks, secretary and treasurer, and these, with Jonas Nlclsson and J. E. Swendsen, form the board of directors and take over the properties In Cherry creek owned by Jonas Nlelsson. It Is said the company has some good claims on which considerable development de-velopment work has been done. Work will be pushed and we may look for good news from tho camp at any time. But very little has been said concerning con-cerning the Richmoud Industrial Baseball club In these columns. However, How-ever, we feel to say that It is now champion of the north end of the county, having been victorious in eleven out of fourteen games played this season. Having won this good name it now challenges the champion team of the south end of the county to determine who the champion team of the county shall be. Daniels says the young man had Just climbed a pole to put some knobs on a crossarm. nis foot slipped and his hands caught on the heavily charged telephone wire, used as the private line of the company, and held him fast. Mr. Daniels climbed up the pole and released him, and just as ho did so the young man sprang back over Mr. Daniels' head and fell with great force to the ground, striking on his head and shoulders. He was taken to a Logan hospital where he expired Wednesday afternoon. after-noon. The body was brought home and will be burled here Friday at 2 p. m. |
