Show CUBANS DISCONTENTED. They Don't LHte Rule of Americans in the Island. Havana, Nov. 12. Proceedings at meetings recently held in Santa Clara for the discussion of the political future, fu-ture, indicate the existence of widespread wide-spread feeling and discontent with the American rule. Civil Governor Gomez and other officials are said to be the ring-leaders. Senator Capote's report gives 137 municipalities now existing in the island.
