Course conditions were excellent with hard cold snow and air temperatures rarely above 5. Local racers bringing home trophies were Jere Calmes, Stephanie Palmes, Jeremy Nobis, Erin Calmes and Andrea Peterson. An outstanding performance was put in by Jere Calmes on Saturday, finishing his first run in 3rd place in the class III boys. In the girls class, Stephanie Palmer uncorked a first run on Sunday, finishing in 8th place overall and 1st in class III, skiing a solid second run she finished in 2nd.
