Show Emery County Progress, Castle Dale, Utah Youth City Council wants to make Huntington an even better place As 1999 gets started Huntington City swore in their first Youth City Council on Jan. at the Huntington City Council Meeting. The council was sworn into their 21, respective positions Huntingtons by Recorder, Carol Pilling.
