During his Aug. 4 stay, Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force Gary R. Pfingston visited with many people, including: Maj. Gen. Lester L. Lyles, commander, Ogden Air Logistics Center; the base's Top Three, those of grades master sergeant through chief master sergeant; and the presidents of the Chiefs and First Sergeants groups. He also had breakfast with the center Airman of the Quarter nominees; met with members of the First Six, airman basic to technical sergeant; visited Camp Williams to get a bird's eye view of the Air Force Materiel Command's Peacekeeper Challenge 1993; and toured this year's quality of life winner, Dorm 523, the Air Combat Command dorm.
