Show PANGUITCH Mr. and Mrs. Arvel Henrie of Kearns and Torre Veater Anderson of Salt Lake were visitors at the home of Chester and Pearl Henrie. They came down o visit their parents, as Ches is still in the hospital but is Improving. A farewell testimonial hon-, oring Elder Brent Lynn Chris-tensen was held last Sunday In Richfield, prior to his leaving to serve in the Northwestern States mission. Elder Chris-tensen is a son of the Talmage Christensens; Talmage is a former Panguitch Seminary teacher,. Lowell and Alice Henrie and boys made a trip to St. George last week and got Mrs. Hilda Cameron and went down to Phoenix. Mrs. Cameron remained there to visit for a while with Dwayne and Ada Henrie. The Phil Dickinson family were recent weekend visitors at Salt Lake. Berthann Riggs accompanied them to the City end .'is employed there at the Walker Bank Beauty Salon. Any of her friends who would like to see' .her can visit the Salon which Is located at 2nd South and Main. Mr. and Mrs. H. Frank Orton and, family visited at Salt Lake ,from?Sunday to Tuesday. "Mlko'Mik'uiewicz'lrhome for a few days this week from his Navy base at Point Mugu, Calif. Mrs. Lois Maloney and the Edgar A. Henries spent a week in St. George doing temple work. The family of J. T. Talbot wish to thank the many friends and relatives who called to help Mr. Talbot celebrate his 80th birthday anniversary and make It the success that It was. Thanks to all who have telephoned and sent greetings and good wishes, relatives from Ce-aar City and Parowan, 'as well as the northen part of the state were present. All members of the family were here, Walter D. from Bountiful, also Mrs. John A. (Delma) Cameron from Magna who has recently undergone serious surgery at the Holy Cross Hospital in Salt Lake City and are happy to report that her health is Improving each day. Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Sevy and Mr. and Mrs. Clem Church were among those, who attended funeral services up north for 106-yearold "Aunt" Molly Clark. Mr. and Mrs. James Young and baby of Salt Lake, Mr. and Mrs. Linden Hatch of Cedar City and Mr. and Mrs. Tom Bird of 'Clrclevtlle spent the weekend" with their mother, Mrs. Grace Young. Jimmy Is sporting a new Mustang. |
