Officers Apprehend Auto Theft Suspect TICABOO Garfield County Sheriff Don Mosier apprehended Mark Neil Wancura, 20, Colorado resident suspected of a first degree felony auto theft. Wancura was arrested August 2 near Hite driving a stolen Jeep. Word that the suspect had been seen in the Bullfrog area was received by the Garfield County Sheriff's Department from the county sheriff in Montrose, Colo. Wancura had recently been released from the county jail in Montrose and was on probation for burglary. Mosier traced the suspect to Mountain States in Ticaboo where he had been employed for about three days and the arrest followed near Hite. Wancura was incarcerated in Richfield and held for extradition to Colorado on the first degree felony charge of aggravated auto theft.
