Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Eugene W. Pearson and Harold C. Ekker, 4086 West 5050 So., Salt Lake City, Utah 84118 have filed with the State Engineer Application No. 41429 (95-719) to appropriate 1.0 sec. ft. of water in Garfield County, State of Utah. The water Is to be diverted as follows: (1) Unnamed Spring at a point S. 420 ft. Si W. 60 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 38, T31S, R10E. (2) Unnamed spring S. 900 ft. &. W. 2600 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 35, T31S, R10E. (3) Henrietta Spring S. 55 ft. & W. 50 ft. from E4 Cor. Sec. 34, T31S, R10E; and stored in an earth-filled dam 20 ft. high creating a reservoir having a 5.0 ac. ft. capacity Inundating 2.0 acs. -in NWNWV4 Sec 33, T31S, RUE; and used from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 for the domestic purposes of 10 persons, and used for the mining of Placer Gold at the Cooper Creek mine in the Henry Mountain Mining District In Sees. 20-23, 25, 29-35, T31S, RUE, SLB&M. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114 on or before August 30, 1972.
