Show oo i WATER FILINGS TO' BE ALLOWED 01 WEBER RIVER Yesterday, I. N. Pierce, president of the Water Storage association, received re-ceived the following proclamation: To Whom it May Concern , G. F. McGonagle, the duly appointed, qualified quali-fied and acting State Engineer of the State of L'tah, by virtue of the power vested in me by Section 3573, Compiled Com-piled Laws of l'tah, 1917. do hereby j with the consent of the Governor of the State of L'tah and in the interest of the welfare of the State of Utah. Withdraw from appropriation for a pe riod of one year all unappropriated waters flowing in the Weber river and j its main tributaries, exclusive of the1 Ogden river: the Provo river and its 1 tributaries, Utah lake and the Jordan ' river These withdrawal shall not affect such small streams and springs: within Ihp writer shrrlq nf tlir ihrv- mentioned rivers that do not directly contribute to the flow of said rivers Ed witness wherof I have hereto set 1 my band and caused the seal of the State Engineer to be affixed.
