Show ALIAS SUMMON3 In the District Court or the Second judicial district, in and for the County Coun-ty of Weber. State of Utah. William H White, plaintiff, s Har ry Rogers and his wife Jane Doe Rogers, whose other and true name Is unknown, and the unknown heirs at law, devisees, legatees and creditors of Harry Rogers a- ' his wife Jane Doe Rogers, whose other and true name is unknown, and all other persons whose names arc unknown, who have or claim to have any right, title or interest in-terest in and to the real estate hereinafter here-inafter described, defendants. The State of Utah to the said defendants: de-fendants: You are hereby summoned to appear within twenty days after service of this summons upon you, if served within with-in the county in which this action is brought; otherwise within thirty days after service, and defend the above en i titled action; and in case of your fail ure to do so, judgment will be ren-dered ren-dered against you according to the de-mand de-mand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court, 1 together with a copy for you. This action is brought to obtain a Judgment and decree, adjudging plain- 1 tiff to be the owner of. and quieting his title against any and all claims of' defendants in and to the real estate I. described in his complaint on file in the above entitled court. Said real estate was sold for delinquent delin-quent taxes on Dec. 17, 1 Si 4 , on Jan. 17, 1895, the tax sale certificate was j issued; on April 17, 1897 a tax sale i deed was Issued, and on May 28, 19011, a quit claim deed was issued then-fur IHaMIHMPPMRIIMn by Weber county to plaintiff's predecessors prede-cessors in interest, who have since and continuously been in the peaceable, cx-clushe cx-clushe and adverse possession thereof there-of under a claim of right, and during all of said time have paid the ta.es levied thereon.
