At an early hour this morning two safe blowers went to a blocksmith shop at Tooele, and, after securing a lot of chisels, hammers and other tools, broke into the Co-op. store, which is rnn by John W Pace, and blew open the safe. The crooks secured $02 in cash here and then went to county court house, where they made a desperate but unsuccessful attempt to break into the county treasurer's safe. They drilled three holes, but the combination held and the men left without securing any booty. On leaving the court house, tho men went to William Dowles' store and stole a team and a huzzy and started east. They were tracked as far as Uarfield Beach, and it is supposed that they came on to this city. Nothing f urth ;r has been heard of them, although Marshal Parsons and the police are on the lookout.
