Show M , A MAUSOLEUM. B Tlie movement that is well under way in Ogden to erect a M ' mausoleum containing 300 crypts promises to result in a beautiful H addition to the city cemetery and to supply the most modern means H of entombing the bodies of the dead H We are informed that there are today 140 of these community H ! mausoleums in the United States. H ; ' There is one feature that will appeal to many and that is the H j i placing of all on a common level in this home of the dead. Costly H ! monuments shall have no place and instead there will be a plain HL tablet with a record of identification, but over all will be the one H ' great monument, the mausoleum itself. H ' If 100 or more families can meet t.hc expense, which when pro-H pro-H ' rated is said not to be very much greater than the expense of ordi-H ordi-H nary burial, Ogden City cemetery will possess a structure of archill archi-ll ! tectural worth and enduring strength, marking a great improvement H in tke local burial grounds. |
