New Mexico. HE WAS born Oct. 24. 1959 at Vernal to Thomas A. and Patricia Walker Moore. He married Mechel Christensen Nov. 30. 1978 in American Fork. The marriage was solemnized Nov. 30. 1979 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Douglas was a graduate of Vale Union High School in Vale. Ore.
