Show i j NOTICE Notice of the filing , of Class B Petition by CLEARFIELD CITY , for the allotment of water wa-ter by Weber Basin Water Conservancy 1 District. i All persons in- terested will please take notice that on De-, De-, cember 10. 1985, there , was filed in the office of the undersigned a petition by CLEAR-i CLEAR-i FIELD CITY, ap- plying to Weber Basin Water Conservancy District for the allotment allot-ment of Weber basin water in the amount of J 500.0 acre-feet annually for municipal use, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the peti tion, a copy of w hich is on file in the office of the undersigned for public inspection. Utah, at I 9:00 a.m., on Friday. r February 28. 1986 to ; consider such petition ; and all objections i thereto which may be presented in writing by any person showing , cause why said petition peti-tion should not be granted. All persons I interested may appear at such hearing and show cause in writing why said petition should not be granted, and may advance reasons and arguments to show that said City , and its inhabitants will not be benefited by the proposed petition and order to the amount of Jhe taxes, which will oe imposed as a result of the granting hereof. Failure of any person interested to do so shall be deemed an assent as-sent on his part to the granting of said petition. peti-tion.
