Show Letters of intent signed Several local high school football foot-ball players have signed letters of intent to play college football. FROM VIEWMONT, linebacker lineback-er Dan Hamilton will play for Snow College in Ephraim next fall. The Badgers won the national junior college championship this past year, going undefeated. Joining him at Snow will be Bountiful receiver Mike Steed, a leading pass catcher in Region Four last fall. Bountiful also has two other players who are "lean ing" toward accepting college offers. Line star Steve Badger is weighing offers from both Ricks and Dixie, and placekicker Matt Bombard is reportedly leaning towards to-wards Snow as well. FROM WOODS Cross, running back Carl Ward is heading for Southern Utah State College in Cedar City, as a specialist. And linebacker Brett Sendobry will head south to Dixie College in the fall. |
