Show Lady Lions Meet Tonight Mrs. Marcus Jensen, president of the East Mill Creek Lady Lions club announced today the program that will be presented at their next regular meeting. The auxiliary, one of the most active civic societies in southeastern south-eastern women's circles, meet tonight. Dinner will be served at 7:15 at the Lion House social center, 63 East South Temple street. A theme of good will toward our southern neighbor, Mexico, will be carried out. Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Lunt will display souvenirs of colorful Mexican culture and present a series of motion pictures supplemented by a lecture. Mexican musical selections will be played by Mrs. Roy Strong on her accordion. - I f r - . 1 - y Mrs. Marcus Jensen, President of the East Mill Creek Lady Lions Club. Following the special program the traditional thumbnail sketches sketch-es of three members in the club will be given by Mrs. William Muler, Mrs. Max Thompsen and Mrs. Samuel S. Taylor. Chairman of tonight's affair is Mrs. Elbert Thompson. Hostesses Host-esses will be Mrs. Willard M. Beck, Mrs. Louis Bagley, Mrs Joseph Holland and Mrs. Alton C. Melville. Publicity is handled by Mrs. Nephi Anderson. |
