Show REID BECKSTEAD SPEAKS TO LDS EASTER SUNDAY The public is invited to an outstanding out-standing program arranged for Easter Sunday services at Bingham Bing-ham LDS ward chapel at 10 a.m. April 5. Aaron Beard and Elmo A. Nelson of the superintendency are in charge and announce the following numbers: Prelude of sacramental music by Dale Johnston, violinist, with Mrs. Nora Austin at the organ; Invocation, Eugene Morris, member of the bishopric; Two-and-a-half minute talk, "Springtime and the Renewal of Life", by Mattie Jean Adams; Benediction by D. F. Johanson, superintendent of West Jordan LDS stake Sunday schools. Two-and-a-half .minute talk, "The Real Significance of Easter", Benarr Beard; Special musical numbers, the Singing Mothers chorus, with Mrs. Edna Thomas, director, accompanied ac-companied at the organ by Mrs. Austin; Vocal trio, "He Lives", by Lynn Beck, Eugene Fifield, Robert Siddoway, with Mrs. Austin accompanist; ac-companist; Vocal solo, "Holy City", by Joseph F. Brownt accompanied by Mrs Marian Jimas; Easter address, Reid Beckstead, principal of South Jordan; Benediction by Mr. Nelson. Evening Program The Singing Mothers chorus of the Bingham LDS ward Relief society will present an Easter program and cantata, "Easter Angels" at the chapel at 7:30 o'clock o'-clock Sunday evening, April 5. Taking part are Edna Thomas, directors; Nora H. Austin, accompanist; accom-panist; and in the chorus Hilda Allmark, Ruby Day. Eva Car-pentier, Car-pentier, Phoebe Siddoway, Mary Raby, Avon Stoker, Chrysta Woodland,' Josephine Morris, Re-ta Re-ta McNeely, Fontella Jewett, Agnes Johnston and Flossie Ramsey. |
