Show LOWER BINGHAM PLANS DEFENSE CENTEMTATION Harvey Wolfe, adjutant of the lower Bingham civilian defense district, announces that permission permis-sion has been obtained from owners of the Royal laundry building for its use in civilian defense work of lower Bingham district. Conversion of the top floor into a 15 bed hospital is planned, Mr. Wolfe reports. Division of the remainder re-mainder of the building into a casuality station, operating room, first aid room and office is being contemplated. Materials for construction are being donated and all labor necessary nec-essary to put the top floor in good condition will be given by restdentsr -of"' lower Bingham. John Robertson is in charge of remodeling and George Brockle-bank Brockle-bank will direct work on the casualty station. Upon completion comple-tion lower Bingham will have one of the best civilian defense centers in the county, Mr. Wolfe states. |
