The aims are to promote and establish Bnd solicit aid for a pan-American university uni-versity upon the coast of the gulf of Mexico, where the languages, habits, uses, customs and trades of American republics may be lemied, thereby promoting pro-moting the nui tun lintereats and extending ex-tending .he acquaintance and commerce com-merce of the American people.
