The aims are to promote and establish Bnd solicit aid for a pan-American university uni-versity upon the coast of the gulf of Mexico, where the languages, habits, uses, customs and trades of American republics may be lemied, thereby promoting pro-moting the nui tun lintereats and extending ex-tending .he acquaintance and commerce com-merce of the American people. Tho incorporators are: J. L. Hampton and George 1. Greggs, Ohio: ex-Governor Evans, Colorado; O. M. Sherman, Kansas; Kan-sas; Prof. O. II. Cooper, Judge W. 1$. Lockhart, lion. Walter IJ.
