Annual Cookie Sale Begun by Girl Scouts The first buyer of Girl Scout cookies in the state of Utah this year will be Governor Calvin Rampton. When the week-long sale starts at 9 a.m. March 11, two green-clad girls will be taking tak-ing orders from one of the area's best Girl Scout cookie customers Governor Rampton who alsohappens to be registered register-ed member of the Utah Girl Scout Council. The cookie drive in Park City will be. headed by Susie Williams Wil-liams and Mary LouToly, leaders lead-ers of the two groups here. Maintaining their top billing in the Cookie Caper is vital to Girl Scouts in the Utah Council Coun-cil because the proceeds from the sale are necessary to maintenance main-tenance and improvement of their three established mountain moun-tain camps and equipment, as well as keeping the camp fees at a minimum and providing free camperships for the economically ec-onomically deprived. In addition, ad-dition, this money after Burry is paid is also divided among troops to pay for many of their program activities, as well as being used for additional programs pro-grams expenses for all the Girl Scouts within the Utah Council.
