ITause, now dead, has seriously jeopardized his title ti-tle to property in lot 0. block -15, plat B. Salt Lake City survey, according to a complaint to quiet title filed against Rose Cooper, Fred, John and Joseph Brongor, May Winters and Alice Ap-pel Ap-pel by Hanse in the Third District court Tuesday. Hanse says ihat .to humor a whim of his wife, he deeded t he property to her The transfer was without, consideration but with tho express understanding that .she was to deed it back to him at her ilea tli. and in consideration of this agreement he went ahead and spent approximately $1000 in improving the property. Mrs. Hanse deeded the property back to him on March M, 1907. On March 11, following, she died. Soon after her death he recorded the deed with the county recorder, but before the deed was recorded this notation got on to the deed, in the margin, in somo mysterious mys-terious way: "This deed not delivered until April. 1001.;-' ' ' This notation was copied by tho recorder, re-corder, but it is untrue, Hauso says, and lie wants it stricken out.
