local circle hold meetings semiannually semi-annually or Quarterly whose chief object shall bo to present tho nature and work of the Christian Christ-ian Endeavor society It is also suggested that fcucb meetings be in the nature of a social b wMch means the young people of the town as well as the Endeatorers themselves may become be-come acquainted with Christian Endeavor 5 That the secretary
