Jack Oakie of movie fame ill be the announcer. The rodeos will just climax the evenings of the two-day fete, Mr. Talbot explains. A program under Hie direction of Eldon Eliason will open the festivities the morning of August 17. A flower show, fine arts display, and 4-H county fair will be highlights high-lights both days that everyone wiU want to visit. They promise to be the best yet In this annual celebration. The finest parade of the summer season will be staged August 13 at 6 p. m. in Deseret. Many of the prize - winning 'floats of the 4 th and24th of July parades will be featured along with new entries from church, business, and civic organizations in the county. Plan to participated in all the events of this annual celebration. |
