Misses Itha Paterson, senior, and Elaine Kirk, junior, wqn two out of six debates. The Milford boys' team, composed' of" John Clay, senior, and Bud Williams, junior, won all but one of their contests. Debating as a school activity was first attempted 'in Milford last year with the coming of Principal E: "R: Moody,' a few students taking ' part last year and gaining valuable experience for this year's 'splendid record.' I Milford debaters making 'the : trip; in addition to those- who contested, were Vcr'le"ZaBriskie' and Vernon Beard', seniors, and Madge Moody and po'ris Hughes, juniors.
