salt lake with their son K R jr and mrs airs hattie nelson huff of oasis arrived here tuesday to visit relatives they are house guests at the home of mr and mrs airs E G nelson the hensens jensens expect to return to salt lake friday but mrs huff will spend several weeks here with relatives clifford W pearl arrived here sunday from los angeles and after enjoying a few lays clays visit will return to california taking with him liis his wife and children to make their home in los angeles mr pearl is a partner in the beaux arts press at los an j gels eles he was shop foreman in the reaper until about a year ago mr and mrs wayland mattsson returned last week from idaho to visit mr Matts sons parents mr air and mrs airs C A mattsson wayland was in charge of the commercial department of the high school at jerome idaho during the school year carvel another son of mr and mrs C A mattsson is home the first of next month he bl has as been studying in the law school of the george washington university mr and mrs airs homer king and son dean who have been living at tooele thoele for some time have returned to richfield to make their home mrs king was in a hospital for a number week misses virginia isbell and belle fillmore are planning to leave next week for V T park near grand canyon where they will be employed luring during the summer both girls worked at the park last sacramento california who were also visiting in the city mrs lansbury was formerly miss bliss emily jensen upon her visit here she found conditions greatly changed as it lad had been sixteen years since she left richfield her husband is connected with the california state printing offices in sacramento mr and mrs airs H winkel were salt lake visitors the last of the week they took their laughter daughter rose who had been here on a two weeks vacation back to the city to resume her work in the nurses training school at the L D S hospital miss winkel recently a completed her term on probation at the hospital and has aas been accepted for the regular nurses course mr air and mrs morris ogden have gone to duchesne county where mr air ogden will assist in in some road construction work for several weeks mr and mrs airs walter thurston are the proud parents of a baby girl born monday mrs thurston was formerly miss elda pinney of course the newcomer is a welcome addition to both the pinney and thurston families especially since she is not only the first grandchild of mr and mrs airs E elroy thurston but also the first girl in the family the little lady claiming ten uncles on her fathers side the new baby and her mother are being cared for at the home of mrs sim larsen another baby girl who claims mrs airs sim larsen as her nurse is is the little daughter of mr air and mrs airs lawrence gates of antimony she was born here may 14 and is the first girl in the gates family miss ermon parker returned home sunday after havin having 9 enjoyed a two tavo weeks vacation in los
