quartet thelma theima and mina bell H J kotter and J A bell address james selection orchestra benediction post chaplain A lance dance for the children will be given in the opeia oceia house at 3 p m poppies will be gin ghen ell to the children the days program will close with a dance at shady dell poppies will be sold at the lance dance mass meeting called in answer to a call issued by the town council a large number of the citizens of elsinore were in attend attendance ance at a mass meeting I 1 held tuesday night the purpose of the meeting was to discuss the advisability of installing a municipal electric plant mayor N P anderson was in charge of the meeting after listening to some brief reports on investigations already made H C larson moved that a committee commett c e of five be appointed to cooperate with the town council in further investigation H C larson was nas chosen Is as chairman of the committee with J C hill chris marquardson N E nielson and H J kotter as members II
