Show TCTV Answers Union Charge on Radiation (Editor's Note: The following s'atement has been issued by Whitney Jensen, manager of Trans-Community Television System Sys-tem in Cedar City In answer to a resolution adopted and published pub-lished in the last Issue of the Record, by the 1- ."al labor union.) In answer to demands of so-called so-called union representatives TCTV TC-TV has lived up to agreements with the city in ,heir en'irety. TCTV is well aware of the fact that there is a r idiation problem, but according to the rules and regulations set up for radiation by the FCC, TCTV is within its legal rights and bear In mindi I that we conduct and maintain a legal operation. TCTV has said they will work with these gro ips to clear up a common prob! m, but, for any group to indicate that we either do as they w.int or they will take steps to see that we do, had better bear in mind thar they are operating an illegal operation opera-tion that has not. and no one knows when it will be, authorized authoriz-ed by the FCC. TCTV has no fight and dees not intend to fight with the booster operation. To the contrary we want to help in any way to straighten these things out |
