NOTICE office of county treasurer of weber county utah ogdan utah slay 6 1002 to whom it may concern notice is hereby given that on and after july 1 I 1 will at my office in ogden city weber county utah or at the chase national bank in new york city at the option of the owners or holders of the same pay and redeem at their face value and with accrued interest to july 1 1002 bonds numbered from one 1 to thirty 30 both inclusive of one thousand bollara each issued by weber county utah and being a part of the one hundred and fifty bonds of one thousand dollars each issued by the said county on july 1 1892 and known as weber county public improvement and refunding bonds due and payable at any time after july but not later than july 1 1912 and bearing interest at the five 5 per cent per annum said weber county through its board of county commissioners has and docs hereby avail itself as to numbers one 1 to thirty 30 both inclusive thereof of the option contained in eaid bonds permitting the payment and redemption of the same on july 1 1002 and will pay and redeem the aard thirty 30 bonds on said july 1 1902 the interest on said thirty 30 bonds numbered as aforesaid will caaso on said july 1 1902 each of said bonds herein called for payment upon their surrender must have attached thereto the interest coupons for the interest becoming due january 1 1003 being interest coupon no 21 and the coupons for all subsequently maturing interest WEBER COUNTY UTAH by order of the board of county com mission cre of said weber county utah ALMA D CHAMBERS treasurer of said county
