Show Notice to Water Users State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake ' City, Utah, July 11, 1916. NOTICE is hereby given that George . A. MitchelL whose post office address 4 is Parowarr, Utah, has made applica- tion in accordance with the require- ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah, -1907, as amended by the Session Laws ( of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appro-priate appro-priate six (6) cubic feet of water per!' second from , Mud or South Creek, h Beaver County, Utah. Said water! will be1 diverted at a point which lies ' i 1854 feet east and 11,409 feet north of the northeast corner of Township 31 i south, Range 17 west. Salt Lake base and meridian, and oonveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 2,000 feet ! and there used from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, j to irrigate 640 acres of unsurveyed 1 land embraced approximately in Sec- 1 tions 18 and 19, Township 30 south, J Range 16 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. This application is desig- nated in the State Engineer's Office as No. 6730. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in i duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after Hie completion of the publication of this notice.
