Show The Wee Four girls, Arcilee Burnett, Bur-nett, Theo Nielson, Addie Anderson Ander-son and Eva Ericksen entertained a number of their friends at a well planned Social Saturday evening at the home of the former. Autumn leaves furnished beautiful decorations. decora-tions. An elaborate luncheon was served and one of the pretty features was the arrangement of the place cards. Ribbons were attached to each card and all the ends centered under the chandelier above the dining din-ing table making a very prettyeffect in pink and white. The color scheme in the luncheon was also carried out in pink and white. Music, charades and other interesting games furnished furnish-ed splendid amusement during the evening.- The 0. N. O. girls were highly entertained Thusday evening by Miss Christie Nielsen at her home. A new game was introduced . called quilttynig was thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated by the guests. AfU r the games delicious refreshments were served. The Autumn Dancing party given by the Public School Faculty at the Armory Friday evening w as an exceptional ex-ceptional social success. The decorations dec-orations of autumn leaves and branches bran-ches tho simple, were very pretty and gave a cheery effect to th large beautiful room. The music was unusually good and all present expressed themselves as having spent an ideal evening. Even 'the light refreshments punch and cookies cook-ies were enjoyed. Mrs. Andrew Knudsen entertained the members of her immediate family at a splendid dinner Thursday Thurs-day in honor of the eighty-first birthday of Grandfather Knudsen. |
