Switzerland, Mrs. Elmer Black, chairman chair-man of the propaganda committee of the American Peace and Arbitration league, declared that war as a means of settling differences between nations na-tions will soon be abolished. She said that there were certain invincible forces working toward this end, with little noise, but with irresistible power. Using conditions in America as an example, she said in part: "There are certain great natural forces working in America toward the final consummation of world peace.
